Watts & Wright is now a Nature Based Cities Accredited Project, awarded Exemplary status, the first project in Queensland to achieve this level.

This outcome is also a testament to our collaborators, with Cavill Architects and CUSP Landscape delivering a clear, disciplined and authentic response to the brief. At Watts & Wright, this recognition reflects Spyre’s commitment to excel in delivering design-led outcomes that place a genuine emphasis on sustainability.

It now sits alongside Hampton Ltd in Victoria – a project that has achieved a 7 Star energy rating – further reinforcing Spyre’s commitment to delivering architecturally striking, high-performing, future-focused residences.
