The Gold Coast is fast becoming the residential development centre for Australia with a wave of mid- and high-rise apartment and hotel projects planned along the famed coastal line.

From the $2-billion new waterfront casino to Harry Triguboff’s second apartment skyscraper in as many years—as well as a number of high-end boutique apartments projects—the city is primed for major development and growth.

Brisbane-based developer Spyre Group is currently forging ahead with its Bureau Proberts-designed development at Burleigh comprising 34 apartments over 18-storeys, with 16-levels of half-floor apartments and one ground floor terrace unit.

Natura is Spyre Group’s third Gold Coast project, following on from its $80-million Elysian Broadbeach tower. It features an indoor-outdoor pool encompassed in lush green surrounds, a dining area and reflexology pool as well as a wellness space.
