Spyre Newsletter November 2024
Welcome to the Latest Edition of Spyre’s monthly update, where we share our Market Insights, Construction Updates and Project Releases for the month.
November has seen continued dynamic growth for Brisbane’s multi-residential property market with a number of notable sales in the high end apartment sector throughout the month. Brisbane’s blue chip suburbs continue to attract affluent buyers with increased enquiry experienced over the last 4 weeks. This is largely due to a continued lack of supply, with buyers active in the high end market eager to secure the limited opportunities that remain.
It's forecasted that this strong demand for high end properties will continue into 2025. With home values having already increased by 16.3% from 2023, analysts have estimated a further 5-7% in the next 6 months alone. This has largely been driven by a flourishing infrastructure and continued population increases. The river city also continues to attract interstate migrators due to a combination of affordability, job growth and lifestyle appeal.
With a very limited number of on market opportunities remaining in our Brisbane offerings, register your interest HERE today.

Earlier this month our Design Director, Kent Pinel sat down with Colin Wright, Founder of Spiggy to discuss the incredible custom Philip Watts door handles that will be featured in Glasshouse, Burleigh Heads.
The custom made "Loop" handle by Philip Watts Design is a unique sculptural handle with an irregular shape and diameter that encourages touch. Cast in solid metal, Loop is hand made in Nottingham in the UK from the purest forms of brass, bronze and aluminium.
Working with suppliers and artisans who share our passion for pushing design boundaries to achieve one of a kind outcomes forms part of the foundation in what elevates Glasshouse to it's own benchmark of residential development.
A huge thank you to Colin, Spiggy & Philip Watts Design for indulging us and producing a completely unique entrance experience for Glasshouse Burleigh Heads. We cannot wait to see these handles (that double as works of art) installed onsite at Glasshouse. Watch the interview below!
