Spyre Newsletter June 2025

Welcome to the latest edition of Spyre’s monthly update, where we share our latest news, construction updates and project releases for the month.

Earlier this year we were thrilled to complete and settle both residences at Glasshouse Burleigh Heads, marking a major milestone for the team. The true pinnacle of absolute mastery, above all else, Glasshouse was forged by a curated collaboration of visionaries of each of their respective fields. A huge thank you to all those of who have contributed to what forms a true legacy development for Spyre.

We’re thrilled to announce that development approval was officially granted earlier this month by
Brisbane City Council. This marks an exciting milestone as we move one step closer to bringing this visionary project to life.  Stay tuned for the offical launch coming very soon!

The Development Application has officially been lodged for Spyre’s newest coastal project.

Perfectly positioned on the southern Gold Coast, this project represents a rare opportunity to bring elevated architecture and refined living to one of Queensland’s most relaxed and untouched beachside communities.

We look forward to sharing more with you soon as this exciting chapter unfolds.

Moray House, ARC Residences, and Hampton Ltd are now officially out of the ground and progressing rapidly through the construction phase. With strong momentum across all three sites, we’re excited to see each project take shape as we bring our vision to life.

Spyre is proud to announce the opening of our new Gold Coast office, located on the iconic James Street in Burleigh.
This exciting expansion places us in the heart of the coastal design and development scene as we continue to grow our presence across the region.

HAMPTON LTD

This month saw significant activity across multiple buildings, with key milestones achieved on site. In Building C, the first half of the basement slab has now been successfully poured, along with its supporting columns. The remaining portion of the basement will be poured at a later stage and will serve as a base for machinery and onsite material storage.

In Building A, preparations for the Level 1 slab have been completed. This included the installation of formwork, steel reinforcement, plumbing penetrations, electrical rough-ins, and post-tensioning elements. Following this, the Level 1 slab has now been successfully poured.

Progress also continued in Building C, where the first half of the Ground Floor slab was prepared with all necessary structural and service elements in place. This section has now also been poured, marking another major milestone for the team.

Additionally, Dincel walls have been stood, and columns have been formed and reinforced with steel for Building A, Level 1.

Works onsite have continued to advance significantly throughout the month, with steady progress across all levels. Verticals have now reached Level 5, and works on the underside of Level 6 have been completed. Formwork for Level 6 is also now finished, allowing preparations for the next stage to begin.

On Level 1, wall and ceiling framing is well underway, along with the continued installation of services. The fit-out of the wellness centre has also commenced, marking an exciting milestone for the building’s future amenities. Level 2 has seen glazing and services installation continue, while the static concrete pump line has now been removed and penetrations are currently being filled.

Level 3 has also progressed, with glazing installation now underway and underslung services commencing. On Level 4, formwork has been stripped and the balcony planter walls have been poured. Level 5 is now back propped for the upcoming Level 6 works, with steel delivered onsite for the next phase of the balcony planter walls.

Off-site, the feature screens are being manufactured, powder-coated, and prepared for installation. Joinery production is also progressing well and is expected to be delivered in the coming weeks.
