January Construction Update

We're excited to bring you this month's update at Moray House.
Mostly notably this month;
- Level 1 - Internal works - herringbone timber flooring complete, sanitary fit-off being completed.
- Level 2 - Stone installation complete, timber flooring commenced, sanitary fit-off being commenced.
- Level 3 - Stone installation complete, timber floor underlays being commenced.
- Level 4 - Joinery installation significantly progressed, Stone delivered to site, interiors being progressed
- Level 5 - Joinery installation continuing, tiling continuing.
- Level 6 - Internal works continuing, Scaffold removal continuing. External landscape planter boxes being filled with soil.
- Level 7 Rooftop - External finishing works including patch & paint and render, as well as landscaping being progressed. Waterproofing to pool completed.
Building Lift installation continues with several lift landing doors now installed. Scaffold on riverfront been removed. Car Lift Shaft commenced. Level 1-3 load out bays removed.
