April Construction Update

We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Moray House for April 2025.
Works onsite at Moray House have continued to progress significantly throughout the month of April.
Most notably this month;
- Scaffold completed up to Level 5
- Level 4 - Suspended slab poured
- Verticals to Level 4/ underside of Level 5 completed
- Formwork commenced for Level 5
- Level 1 - Underslung services progressing
- Level 2 - waterproofing slab rebates commenced
- Level 2 - glazing commenced
- Feature screening in production off-site
- Joinery is in production
