February Construction Update

We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Moray House for February 2025.
Works onsite at Moray House have continued to progress significantly throughout the month of February.
Most notably this month;
- Scaffold completed up to Level 3
- Level 3 - Reinforcement steel, post tensioning and in-slab services completed
- Level 3 - Suspended slab pour due first week of March
- Fire stairs poured and completed up to Level 3
- Shotcrete retention wall waterproofing system complete to Level 3
- Off-site procurement is 90% completed, with all long lead time items being procured
- Nordic car lift components have been delivered to site and being assembled
- Level 2 private plunge pool delivered and installed on-site
- Underslung services commenced in basement
