January Construction Update

We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Moray House for January 2025.

Works onsite at Moray House have continued to progress significantly throughout the month of January.

Most notably this month;

• Level 2 - Reinforcement steel, post tensioning and in-slab services completed
• Level 2 - Suspended slab pour completed
• Fire Stairs poured and completed up to Level 2
• Shotcrete retention wall waterproofing system complete to Level 2
• Level 2 - In-situ balcony planter walls poured
• Verticals up to Level 3 slab commenced
• Basement level backdropping being removed
• All temporary retention bracing has been removed
• Off-site procurement is 80% completed, with the projects tiling, timber flooring, door hardware, sanitary FF&E and remaining appliance orders all being finalised
• Key landscaping and softscape plant species have been sourced and ordered at various plant nurseries
