December Construction Update

We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Moray House for December 2024.

Works onsite at Moray House have continued to progress significantly throughout the month of December.

Most notably this month;

• The formwork for Level 2 : Complete
• All steel and post-tensioning installed for Level 2
• Services in the slab for Level 2 have been installed
• Ritek vertical structure has been completed to Level 2
• We are excited to see the Level 2 slab pour complete early January 2025
