November Construction Update

We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Moray House for November 2024.
Works onsite at Moray House have continued to progress significantly throughout the month of November.
Most notably this month;
- Completion of the Level 1 slab pour, where nearly 300 cubic meters of concrete was poured
- All vertical columns up to Level 2 have been poured, including the car and passenger lift walls
- Contrast have finished the progressive removal of the retention wall bracing up to Level 3
- Formwork for the Level 2 slab has commenced, with the steel and services installation underway
- Offsite, we are starting early procurement for landscaping, while the Design Team is advancing shop drawings for joinery, kitchens, bathrooms and wine rooms
- Contrast Constructions are also completing the final orders for tiles, tap ware, timber flooring and the feature operable screens
