June Construction Update

We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Moray House for June 2024.

 

Works onsite at Moray House have continued to progress significantly throughout the month of June.

Most notably this month;

 

• Retention bracing installed
• Bulk excavation - 100% complete
• Detailed excavation - 100% complete
• Revetment wall - completed
• Shotcrete - 100% complete
• Contrast Constructions are in the process of setting up for the lift over run and pump room, along with the sewer and stormwater set up.
• Dewatering and the blinding layer has gone down
• The 30 tonne crane has been positioned on site
• Waterproofing of the lift overrun has began
• The steel fixer has started tying off the steel
