August Construction Update

We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Hampton Ltd for August 2026.

Mostly notably this month;

• Building A is well progressed, with fit-off now underway across all trades, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire services, joinery, and fixtures and fittings.

• Balcony waterproofing to Building A is complete, ahead of pod paver installation and balustrading, both commencing shortly.

• The Building B light gauge steel frame is now complete, with scaffolding wrapped around the entire perimeter ahead of window installation, cladding, and roofing. Windows are on site and ready for installation.

• Ground floor rough-in to Building B has begun, with mechanical, plumbing, and fire services nearing completion at this level.

• Ground floor plaster installation to Building C is complete, including stopping up, sanding, and the first coat of primer.

• Ground floor joinery installation to Building C is well underway, with Levels 1 and 2 to follow shortly.

• Plaster throughout Level 1 of Building C is nearing completion, and Level 2 is also well advanced, with fire-check party walls currently being finalised.

• Kingspan insulation has been fitted to all Building C roofs, and ceiling grids have been installed ahead of plaster installation shortly.

• Rough-in to Building C is also nearing completion, with the final elements on Level 2 now being finished.

• The lifts to Buildings A and C have been officially completed by Forte Lifts and are now operational.

• The display container has been removed as we enter the final stages of completing our prototype in Apartment 207.
