June Construction Update

We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Hampton Ltd for May 2026.

Mostly notably this month;

• Balcony Soffits of Building A have been rendered
• Balcony Floors in Building A have been waterproofed and are ready for pod and paver installation
• Hebel installation for Building A is complete
• Rendering of all external walls of Building A has commenced
• Building B's first-floor frame, including intertenancy walls, has been completed. The second storey posi's have been installed and yellow tongue flooring for level 2 is now commencing
• Exterior metal cladding on the 2nd floor of Building A has been completed
• The lift carts for Building A & C are well underway
• Scaffold has been erected around the perimeter of Building C in preparation for cladding
• Equipment for the fire pump room has been delivered to site
• Metro Civil has completed all external outfall drain works (stormwater) connect-ing our development to Council's LPOD.
• Shower screens in Building A have been installed
• Carpentry fix has begun in Building A, including the installation of door jambs, doors and skirting.
• Painting In Building A has also commenced, with all surfaces primed and ready for additional coats.
• Electrical cut-out work in Building A is complete
• Flooring throughout Building A has commenced
• Plaster installation on the ceilings of Building C's ground floor has commenced
• Laser Battens have been installed on Level 1 of Building C in preparation for ceiling plaster installation.
