July Construction Update

We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Hampton Ltd for July 2025.

Hampton Ltd has made significant progress during July, most notably;

• Dincel walls have been poured for Level 2 of Building A.
• Dincel walls on Building C (Part A), and the Ground Floor have been erected and the suspended slab decking for the Level 1 slab has commenced.
• The stairs from the Basement to Ground Floor of Building A have been formed and poured.
• The deck for the Ground Floor of Building C (Part A) has been completed as well as all reinforcement items, including steel, post tensioning etc. The penetrations for plumbing and electrical rough in have also been completed and the concrete has officially been poured.
• On Level 2 (the roof) of Building A the deck has been completed as well as steel, post tensioning elements, electrical rough and plumbing penetrations, this is also ready to be poured in the coming days.
• In Building C on Level 1 (Part A), dincel walls have been erected and poured.
• Also in Building C the Level 1 suspended slab deck has been completed and we are at the final stages of completing reinforcement items in order to potentially pour this in the coming days.

It has been a hugely productive month onsite and we cannot wait to bring you further updates next month.
