April Construction Update

We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Hampton Ltd for April 2025.

Hampton Ltd has made significant progress during April, most notably;

• Partial completion of Basement Slab for Building A 
• Walls for fire water tanks have been completed
• Some columns across Buildings A & C have been partially erected
• Dincel has arrived on site for internal basement walls
• Lift pits in Building B (Townhomes) have been formed and poured accordingly
• Dincel walls have been erected in Building A for the lift shaft, fire pump room, basement lobby, storage room and bin storage
• The Basement slab of Building B has been partially poured
• Dincel walls have been erected for the garages and lift shafts of Building B
• Formwork has begun in order to pour the Ground Floor slab of Buildings A & B
