We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Hampton Ltd for February 2025.

Hampton Ltd has made significant progress during February, most notably Abewolf have;

• Completed the majority of the bulk excavation for both Buildings A & C. 
• Detailed all of the piles in order to prepare the basement walls for steel reinforcement as well as Vertical Agi Drains.
• Have completed the install of steel reinforcement on the basement walls of Building A and are near completion of installing steel reinforcement for the basement walls of Building C.
• Have shotcreted the basement walls of Building A and are working their way through Building C.  They have troweled the shotcrete in order to give the basement walls a beautiful high end finish compared to a standard basement wall.
• Have completed the site cut for Building B (Townhouses).
• Are currently in the process of completing all piles for Building B.
• Have begun to excavate the elevator pits for Building C as well as begun steel reinforcement for this area which will most likely be poured early next week.
