March Construction Update

We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Hampton Ltd for March 2026.

Mostly notably this month;

• Blockwork for boundary walls, retaining walls and planters has continued throughout Building A & C.
• Installation of LGS framing on the ground floor of Building B has taken place including installing innertenacy walls and structural steel components.
• The wet areas (bathrooms, ensuites and laundries) in Building A have been sheeted.
• Plaster for Building A has been delivered.
• Final rough-in works for fire services in Building C are complete.
• Installation of framing and Kingspan insulation on the ceilings has been completed throughout Building C.
• Initial waterproofing of the junctions in Building A's wet areas has been completed.
• Windows for Building C have arrived and are currently in the process of being installed.
