February Construction Update

We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Hampton Ltd for February 2026.

• Rough-in is now officially completed throughout Building A.

• Forming of the Roof Terrace of Building C including all reinforcements, has been completed.

• All ceiling battens / grids have been completed in Building A in anticipation for plaster.

• The roof terrace and hob on Building C have been poured and stripped.

• All internal wall partitions throughout Building C have been erected.

• The final curved windows in Building A have been installed.

• Kingspan ceiling insulation on Level 2 of Building C has been completed.

• Blockwork has commenced at the rear of Building C.

• LGS frames for Building B have arrived on site, a very big milestone to close out the structure of all 3 buildings!

• The main electrical switchboards located in the basement are currently in place and ready to be roughed in.

• Rough in of Mech, Fire Services, Plumbing & Electrical has commenced on Levels 1 & 2 of Building C.
