We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Hampton Ltd for January 2026.

• Mech, fire services, plumbing & electrical rough in as well as ceiling insulation in near completion in the basement.
• Electrical rough has commenced throughout Building A including sub-boards in common areas.
• Plumbing, fire services & mech are near completion for Building A.
• External windows & doors as well as hardware have been installed throughout Building A Apartments.
• Curved window reinforcements have been fabricated and installed in Building A.
• Rendering has commenced on the parapet of the rooftop of Building A as well as all of the second floor of Building A.
• External waterproofing of some aspects of Building A like door thresholds and balconies has taken place.
• The common area stairs for Building C have been stripped and exposed.
• Level 1, Building C: Fire, Mech and plumbing rough in has commenced.
• All partition walls in Building A have been completed.
• Fire check between the intertenancy walls of Apt 207 & 208 second floor has been partially installed.
• Kingspan ceiling insulation for Level 2 of Building C has been delivered to site and is awaiting installation.
• On the rooftop of Building C we have also formed and reinforced a hob / border which is ready to be poured.
