We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Hampton Ltd for November 2025.

• Kingspan Insulation to the basement ceiling has commended.

• Level 1 Slabworks for Building C Part 2 have been completed. This includes form work, steel reinforcement, plumbing and electrical rough in, post tensioning elements and of course pouring the slab.

• Columns and Dincel Walls on Level 1 of Building C Part 2 have been formed, reinforced and poured.

• Level 2 concrete deck structure of Building C Part 2, has been completed.

• The Dincel Lift Shaft up to Level 2 has also been erected, reinforced and poured.

• Propping within the basement of Building C and portions of the Ground Floor have been removed, opening up the space completely which allows you to now visualise the space of the apartments.

• Basement: Fire Sprinklers have commenced roughing in. Mechanical ducting/ventilation has commenced. Plumbing rough in has also commenced.
