March Construction Update

We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Hampton Ltd for March 2025.

Hampton Ltd has made significant progress during March, most notably;

• Capping beams around the entire premises have now been 100% completed. 
• Pouring of the fire tank slabs in the basement area of Building C have been completed.
• Currently the steel reinforcement and formwork for the walls of the fire tanks are being completed. 
• Bulk Excavation of Building B (Townhouses) has been completed. 
• Detailing of all piles located in the Building B area has been completed. 
• AbeWolf are currently in the process of completing all piles for Building B.
• Steel Reinforcement as well as vertical agi drains and stormwater points have been completed for the basement walls of Building B, most likely to be shotcreted this week.
