We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Glasshouse Burleigh Heads for November 2024.

Groupline Constructions continue to make great progress onsite, some noteworthy milestones throughout the month include;

• The stunning Agape bath has arrived for the Penthouse
• At the Beach House the incredible marble bath is being preloaded before we remove the loading bays
• In the Penthouse basement, Groupline has completed the framing of the ceiling. Sheeting is well underway, and all the bay lighting has been meticulously framed
• Glazing work for the Penthouse basements wine room and gym has begun
• On the rooftop, the Groupline team has finished the concrete bench seat, clearing the way for the fire pit
• Installation of the raised decks and beautifully curved planter boxes is also well underway on Level 4
• Micro cement is ongoing for internal walls
• Balustrades - the loading bays have been removed to enable the completion of the balustrades
• Joinery continues to progress on Level 2 and has commenced on Level 3
• Stonework is well underway on Level 1
• Tiling - Level 1: 100% complete to floor tiles and wall tiling has commenced, Level 2: 80% complete to floor tiles, Level 3 floor tiles 80% complete with wall tiling to commence shortly
• Applied finishes - 100% complete to the exterior facade
