October Construction Update

We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Glasshouse Burleigh Heads for October 2024.

Groupline Constructions continue to make great progress onsite, some noteworthy milestones throughout the month include;

• Eastern garden beds are progressing on the podium floor
• Level 1 garden beds - 60% complete
• Level 4 Planters - Formwork on garden beds, seating and raised platforms progressing
• External render and paint - Level 5: 100% complete
• Internal sheeting - Level 1: 100% complete, Level 2: 100% complete, Level 3: 100% complete, Level 4: 80% complete
• The fire pit has been poured offsite and will soon be installed to the rooftop
• Micro cement has started to internal walls
• Level 5 Pool - Tiling works have commenced
• Balustrades - Temporary handles are complete, ready for balustrading
• Joinery continues to progress on Level 2 and has commenced on Level 3
• Stonework is well underway on Level 1
• Waterproofing - Level 1: rebates 100% complete, Level 2: 100% complete, Level 3: 100% complete, external facade: 100% complete
• Tiling - Level 1: 100% complete to floor tiles and wall tiling has commenced, Level 2: 80% complete to floor tiles, with wall tiling to commence shortly
• Applied finishes - 70% complete to the exterior facade
