We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Glasshouse Burleigh Heads for March 2024.

Groupline Constructions continue to make great progress onsite, some noteworthy milestones throughout the month include;

• Structure - 100% complete
• Scaffold - 100% installed
• Aluminium Glazing - Level 1: 95% complete, Level 2: 10% complete
• Balustrades - Nearing commencement on site
• Internal framing - Level 1: 80% complete, Level 2: 70% complete, Level 3: 10% complete
• Services rough in - Level 1: 70% complete, Level 2: 30% complete, Level 3: 10% complete
• Waterproofing - Level 1: rebates 100% complete, Level 2: 50% complete
• Plasterboard - Loaded and ready to start sheeting
• Joinery - Shop drawings and production has commenced for Level 1
• Tiling - Tiles currently in storage ready for commencement
• Applied finishes - Samples currently being prepared for review
