We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Glasshouse Burleigh Heads for January 2024.

Groupline Constructions continue to make great progress onsite, some noteworthy milestones throughout the month include;

• Formwork, Reo Install & Concrete Pour - Level 2 complete
• Precast up to Level 3 - complete
• Formwork up to Level 3 - in progress
• Containment Scaffold - complete up to Level 4
• High Level Fire, Electrical, Mechanical & Hydraulic Services commencing on Level 1
• Waterproofing to Glazing Rebates in progress on Ground Level 

We cannot wait to share with you further updates next month as Glasshouse Burleigh Heads rises up from the iconic Goodwin Terrace.
