We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Echo by Spyre for August 2026.

Mostly notably this month;

• The basement ramp has now been poured.

• The ground floor slab has been poured.

• The level two slab is scheduled to be poured by the end of the month.

• Scaffolding has commenced around the perimeter of the premises.

• The site shed has been installed.

• The gantry has been installed.
