We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Echo by Spyre for June 2026.
Mostly notably this month;
- Bulk excavation completed
- Dewatering systems installed and underway in preparation for raft works
- Form work now commencing
- Steel placement underway ahead of concrete pour
- Pouring first slab, the first week of July
- Precast shop drawings currently in progress
