We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Cala Dei for January 2024.

Plan Sealing has been lodged and Hutchinson Builders are nearing completion onsite, we hope to be in a position to communicate timing for Pre-Settlement Inspections, Valuations & Settlements within the coming weeks.

Some notable accomplishments onsite include; 

• Structure - 100% complete
• Scaffold: North Side 50% removed, West Side 100% removed, South & East Sides 30% removed
• Aluminium Glazing - Levels 11 & 12 90% complete
• Internal Framing Level 12 - 90% complete
• Joinery - Level 8 in progress
• Joinery - Level 6 in progress
• Stone - Level 6 in progress
• Tiling - Level 10 90% complete
• Lift Lobbies 30% complete
• Lift Installation - 95% complete
• External Applied Finishes - 70% complete
• External Screen - Western Side 40% complete, Eastern Side 20% complete
• Padmount Transformer - Now Live
