We're excited to bring you this month's update at ARC Residences.
Mostly notably this month;

Level 1: U101 Wine room doors installed, services fit-off commenced, stone installation to bathrooms commenced.

Level 2:Tiling in general unit areas nearing completion, grout in bathrooms nearing completion.

Level 3: General unit area tile lay commencing, joinery nearing completion.

Level 4: Carpentry works commenced, joinery loaded in.

Level 5: Sheet, set & sanded.

Level 6: Sheet and set, waterproofing to wet areas.

Level 7: Rough-in partially complete.

Level 8: Glazing nearing completion, framing commencing.

Level 9: Glazing install commenced, C&P set out complete.

Level 10: Blockwork commenced.

Communal Roof Terrace: Pool springs installed.

Penthouse Roof Terrace: Slab poured, blockwork nearing completion, precast verticals installed.
