July Construction Update

We're excited to bring you this month's update at ARC Residences.
Mostly notably this month;
- Both Level 4 and Level 5 slab pours were completed!
- Services installation continues to progress in the basement
- Level 1 - Pool has been sprayed
- Level 1 - Waterproofing to all window openings is completeLevel 1 - Glazing installation has commenced
- Level 1 all back props removed
- Level 1 - External planters have been waterproofed, and filled with soil
- Level 1 - High level services continue
- Level 2 - Formwork has been stripped in preparation for waterproofing and services to commence
