November Construction Update

We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update for November 2024 at Arc Residences.

Works onsite at Arc Residences have progressed significantly throughout the month of November.

Most notably this month;

• November was a major month for excavation as we reached the bottom of the hole, completing bulk excavation
• The basement's waterproofing system is now 50% complete and the dewatering system is commissioned and in place
• All foundation and retention piles are completed, with over 38 tonnes of steel installed on the project so far
• Off site, Graya are well advanced in procurement activities.  As an example, the appliances and tap ware for the project were placed on order this month.

We are happy to announce that six months into the build, the project is still right on schedule, which is really exciting!
