With construction now commenced onsite at Arc Residences, we are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update for May 2024.
Works onsite at Arc Residences have progressed significantly throughout the month of May.
Most notably this month;
- Demolition of slabs on ground
- Demolition of retention walls on site
- Power isolation and make safe
- Install sediment control
- Removal of asbestos
- Geotechnical investigations and further site exploration
- Construction of the new temporary bus stop
- Demolition of the existing bus stop at the front of site
- Diversion of bike lane and construction of site ingress and egress roads
- Engagement of consultants
- Prestart meetings with Council
- Design coordination meetings
- Finalisation of traffic management plans for construction
