March Construction Update

We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update for March 2025 at Arc Residences.
The team on ARC Residences have continued making great progress onsite.
Most notably this month, Graya have;
- Completed the precast to the lower mezzanine slab;
- Stood the next round of precast on top of the lower mezzanine slab;
- Poured the curved fire stair treads;
- Installed the raking steel columns which will be concealed by the feature colonnade;
- Continued to progress the birdcage and perimeter scaffold.
