In partnership with Cavill Architects and CUSP, reuniting the collective behind the Group’s celebrated Watts & Wright project in Bulimba, Echo realises Spyre’s vision for refined coastal living.
Imagined by Spyre and designed by Cavill Architects, Echo culminates the work of industry pioneers, reimagining what it means to live by the sea.
Honouring the past, engaging with the present and shaping a vision for the future, Echo reflects a continuity of place grounded in context, country and climate. It is defined not only by what will be built here, but by what will remain untouched.
The essence of Tugun is experienced through proximity. Not just to the sea, but to the pace of local life. Golden Four Drive offers a string of cafés, bakeries and boutiques, each with the relaxed authenticity that defines this stretch of coast. The surf club anchors the shoreline, while community markets, coastal trails and calm-water coves encourage unhurried encounters with the coast in all its elemental glory.
