Some notable accomplishments onsite include; 

• Structure - 100% complete
• Scaffold: 100% removed to all sides
• Aluminium Glazing - Levels 11 & 12 - 95% complete
• Internal Framing Level 12 - 100% complete
• Joinery - Level 11 in progress
• Stone - Level 10 in progress
• Internal lobby glass - 90% complete
• Tiling - Level 12 - 95% complete
• Tiling - Level 1 Rec Deck - 70% complete
• Lift Lobbies - 90% complete
• Lift Installation - 100% complete and operational as a builders lift
• External Applied Finishes - 95% complete
• External Screen - Western Side 95% complete, Eastern Side 40% complete
• Service balcony screens - 90% complete
• Padmount Transformer - 100% transferred to apartments
• Level 1 pool - Pool sprayed and awaiting tiling commencement
• Level 1 ceiling to rec deck - 90% complete 
• Cross over & footpath to boundary Road - 100% complete
